Philosophy and Comments

Let me explain....

Everyone holds the answers to their questions. Some just need help finding them. We all have the capacity to dig deep and discover how to adapt and change in order to find joy and happiness in our personal and professional lives. We also have the ability to overcome the fears resident in our self-critical nature and to move beyond the anger of ignorance and resistance. We need to create an action plan and follow the steps to our success. Planning our work and working our plan is imperative.

Sometimes we carry secrets, whether skeletons, sins, or slowed synapses and we think they are invisible to others. I find there are very common fears of exposure and vulnerability within our psyche that inhibit us from seeking council or sharing insecurities or revealing our frailty to others. We have difficulty in admitting we do not know what we can not do, so we begin the journey of self-discovery and a life of fulfillment. We are fairly intelligent creatures that have a propensity for critical thinking, so hopefully we understand the need to ask critical questions. Depending on genetics and/or environmental factors, we all come to the same place... needing assistance in transforming our lives to receive life's rewards.

Based on the belief that we all have a direct-connect to unlimited intelligence through meditation and prayer, the challenge is not only in developing the questions and listening to the answers; it is creating an action plan and implementing the required movements, whether they be interior attitude adjustments or desired results through relationships. We all need personal methods to achieve our goals, once we've established them. The plan is always negotiable and only depends on our willingness to surrender to it. After all, it is OUR PLAN. Some of us like help when we feel we've hit a wall in the process, which is where I come in.

Does the following ring true for you right now?

I desire some help in restoring the excitement I once had in life.

I would like to explore what could be holding me back now..

I am searching for a guide, someone that can really help me thrive.

I am looking for someone that is aware, conscientious, intuitive, and well-grounded.

I need a rock solid commitment from the person I hire, devoted to my success.

I know there is something more for me in life. I just need help finding it.

What often happens is that we simply need someone to reflect what we think we are doing, assess the results, and adjust awareness accordingly. Toward this purpose I give away information and processes through this website and others because I know it is truly priceless. Resources and invaluable when one puts them to use. You really don't need me to embark upon the journey. It is pretty self explanatory once you understand the basic questions and how to formulate action plans from the answers.

I understand that you can recycle, reform, research, and reuse this information in pursuit of their dreams. Imagine the benefits of the personal service I provide beyond the templates. Testimonials are available throughout this website. I'm selective with clients and choose to work with those who truly desire to go deep, have fun, and understand the simplicity of decision-making. If you are prone to argumentative behavior, I'll challenge you even more. For those struggling to integrate inner and outer realities, questioning their sanity, or needing to discuss encounters with their 'spiritual' side... I can definitely assist.

Part of my personal dream is to share what I've found, like an exuberant student in the classroom of life who challenges the teacher on nearly every level, sharing insights and questioning deeply. Nevertheless, I am here in support of you. Sometimes it helps to have that expertise on your side. It is the value that it represents to you, the insights of experience and training, the worth of the access to information that assists and empowers your capacity to Be The Dream... YOURS.

Everyday presents us with the opportunity to do things better.

Work Hours and Fee Schedule

There is no direct route to pricing, although we can get through the maze together. We'll need to discuss these components. Each need is different and I have few 'boxed' programs on the shelf. You can find them here: www.bethedream-lifecoach.com/personal_programs.htm Everyone is unique and so are their needs.

For ball parkers, figure $1,000 for a 90-day deal that will change your life in amazingly beneficial ways. This includes 4 in-depth coaching challenges with support calls and materials. If you feel strongly about a potential match and find your budget squeezed to tightly, either dig deeper or give me a call to discuss your needs. 480-633-7179

Leadership in Organizational Management

Leadership

Effective leaders are rare. They are created through the trials and tribulations of managing or working with people in a variety of settings. Most good leaders have had their fair share of hard knocks that awakened them to the greater potential within their scope of influence. Effective leaders are excellent communicators, able to speak the many languages of the individuals within the groups they lead. Oftentimes the individual perspectives may appear different simply from the type of language they use. A good leader pays attention to the facts and then makes decisions based on objective analysis of those facts, which is not to say that humanitarian factors succumb to the bottom line.

Effective leaders naturally motivate people from their actions, which include showing respect, listening, reflecting, and negotiating through conflict. Efficient leaders learn the strengths and weaknesses of their subordinates and cohorts and utilize group dynamics. Leaders encourage and empower people to achieve success rather than place blame. Leaders have solid vision and unshakeable persistence in achieving a goal. Serendipity follows them everywhere as if their environments are alive and vibrant with creative energy just waiting for an opportunity to manifest a synchronicity.. Their efforts are empowered by their ability to manage and organize both activities and time in their busy schedules.

A good leader is courageous, able to make decisions without hesitation, and maintains integrity of word and deed. Dependability is also a key trait for a leader must always be there for their group. Sound judgment and sensibility are also features of a leader, with loyalty, enthusiasm, endurance, and initiative rounding out the ever expanding list. These characteristics manifest in a variety of presentations and situations, especially for project managers in process.

Messianic Complex - Learning to Play Together

The Messianic Complex

In 1975, at 18, I was taken through the Light (rare enough) where I was told what I am here to do (even more rare) and then returned to my body with full consciousness of this ‘mission.’ After being asked if I was willing to die for what I believed in and without going into detail (elsewhere) I was told I am to work with a group of ‘points of light’ in order to facilitate a new world order...a fusion of material and spiritual worlds. The first human place in consciousness was to want to announce to the world that I AM HERE, believing that I AM THE ONE. That was the beginning of what the field of psychology calls the ‘messianic complex.’ It is a most unhealthy place to be for the aspirant of divine guidance who wishes to remain free of attachments. Often the messenger gets hung up on the message and becomes its icon rather than a simple conduit of information.

Find out how it all worked out in my article section.

Personal Ethics and Life

The foundation for this paper was written for Leadership 520 - Organizational Ethics, while enrolled in the Master of Arts in Organizational Management program at the University of Phoenix in Arizona. Since the first posting of this paper, I have made a few edits and included additional links below for further exploration. Oddly enough this paper continues to grow in viewership and ranks as one of the highest viewed pages on our website. Thanks and blessings on your own journey...
